LCWN Luncheon Guest Speaker: Dr. Marilyn J. Coady, D.C.

Dr. Coady is a Chiropractic Physician and Certified Advanced BioStructural Correction.  A Palmer College of Chiropractic Alumna and Distinguished Fellow of the International Chiropractors Association.

Dr. Coady grew up in Lovington, NM and has been at her current location on the Lovington Hwy thirty-three years.  She explained with her spinal cord Skelton, that our posture is so important to our entire body & health.

Most of our office chairs are not good for us to sit in and she spoke about how our vehicles are also not made to allow us to sit correctly.  She hopes the auto industry will change this.

Our spinal cord is divided into four different regions: the cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral regions.  It’s the most important structure between the body and the brain.   If were having problems in one area of our spin, we can cause additional problems with one of the other areas of our spin, because we over compensate with our injury area.  To continue good health, it’s important to have your spinal cord inline at all times.
