The Purpose of LCWN
Lea County Women's Network (LCWN) is dedicated to the following:
- A professional, education, and personal support network for the women of Lea County.
- Role models for the community through an outreach speaker program to area schools and organizations.
- Women with a resource for professional employment, career advancement and personal well-being.

Patterned after other professional women's organizations, Lea County Women's Network strives to be an active, progressive association dedicated to meeting the ever-changing needs of the membership and of women overall. |
To this end, LCWN provides scholarships for women pursuing degrees from New Mexico Junior College and University of the Southwest and conducts a mentoring program for Lea County high school junior and senior girls.
