We are entering an exciting new year at Lea County Women’s Network (LCWN) and want to invite you to join our efforts in raising scholarship money for young ladies in Lea County and providing a networking opportunity for established women. An attribute of a leader is once you establish yourself, you lend a hand to those following in your footsteps. Help us empower the next generation of ladies entering the workforce in Lea County by joining our cause. There is strength in numbers!
LCWN will meet on the second Tuesday of each month at a designated location at 6 pm. Membership meetings promote networking and offer an opportunity to explore other professions through a guest speaker at each meeting. We engage in a fundraiser in the spring to raise scholarship money for local college students, and a banquet in the fall to honor local women for their career achievements.
Yearly membership is $35.00, and all money goes toward supporting upcoming professional women in Lea County. LCWN is a non-profit organization, and contributions are tax-deductible. Please consider sharing this with a friend and volunteering your time to an outstanding cause in our community.
We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, January 14th at the Pacific Rim Restaurant in Hobbs.
Happy New Year!

Join us, Tuesday, February 11 at 6 pm at Pacific Rim as we prepare for the Irish Hooplah Fundraiser on March 13th! We want your input to make this the best fundraiser yet so bring your favorite Irish ideas - song, phrase, food, tradition... You won't want to miss this party! Tickets will be available to purchase at this meeting or from any board member. All proceeds from the Irish Hooplah Fundraiser go to scholarships for Lea County women attending New Mexico Junior College or the University of the Southwest.
