Nominations are now being accepted for the LCWN Career Achievement Award and the Janet Seagrave Lifetime Achievement Award. These awards are open to any woman in Lea County. The nomination form is available on the home page.
Nominations are now being accepted for the LCWN Career Achievement Award and the Janet Seagrave Lifetime Achievement Award. These awards are open to any woman in Lea County. The nomination form is available on the home page.
Criteria for Career Achievement Award:
- Nominees must have achieved a professional milestone in their career or a “first” in their field during 2015.
Special consideration shall be given to professional women who display a unique talent (even though not utilized within their career field) and who have been formally recognized by their peers for an accomplishment based upon their unique talent
Criteria for The Janet Seagrave Lifetime Achievement Award:
- Nominees must have achieved milestones in a profession or career over an extended period of time.
This award recognizes women whose accomplishments, for whatever reason, transcend or do not fit the Career Achievement category. Some examples are: philanthropy, community service, professional/career achievement, and entrepreneurship.
Please consider nominating a deserving woman in your life. The awards will be given at the annual banquet, Thursday, November 19 at the Hobbs Country Club.
