LCWN strives to ensure all scholarship applicants receive
fair consideration treatment without prejudice or bias.For scholarship consideration, applicants
must be enrolled as a full time student at the University of the Southwest or New Mexico Junior
college and are required to submit a completed application, a biography
(minimum one page), and a letter of recommendation. Additionally, an applicant
must have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 and must submit the
application prior to the deadline.
The Scholarship Committee uses evaluation criteria to select
applicants. Each application receives points based on the following criteria:
